Abstract
⺠The thickness of the deep drawn cup varies along the circular path regularly and depends on crystalline orientation. ⺠Experimental and numerical results all demonstrate that (1 1 0) blank has better deep drawing capability than (0 0 1) blank. ⺠Frictions are important factors to the quality of small scale deep drawing.
