Abstract
⺠A mechanical machining process is presented to control wettability on the surfaces. ⺠Micro-scale structures are machined in a large area at a high production rate. ⺠Consecutive stamping is performed to control the pitch in the structure numerically. ⺠Wettability is associated with the solid fraction of the surface structures machined.
