Abstract
⺠A simple new method is proposed to determine the flow curve at high strain rates. ⺠This method could be applied to tension or compression process. ⺠This method is free of restriction of strain rate range. ⺠The determined flow curve can be used to simulate the forming process directly. ⺠The deviation from simulation and experiment result is less than 6.74%.
