Abstract
ⶠHigh quality HA coatings can be produced at high power plasma jet (52 kW). ⶠFor two HA powders a set of optimum deposition parameters has been defined. ⶠHA coatings with high crystallinity (80-90%). ⶠCoatings are without cracs and possess low porosity, 1-2%. ⶠAdhesion strength of 60-40 MPa for the coating thicknesses of 120-350 μm.
