Abstract
⺠Micro-functionally graded regions were generated in nickel powder compacts. ⺠Current activated tip based sintering was used to control localized sintering. ⺠Pore content and pore size distribution were investigated for all initial densities. ⺠Green density and powder particle size strongly affected the porosity distribution.
