Abstract
⺠Current, voltage and temperature measurements were performed to clarify the operation of the SPS. ⺠High frequency voltage and current measures shows there is no inductive effect in the SPS column. ⺠These measures enable us to improve an electro-thermal model by the finite element method (FEM). ⺠Use of RMS voltage, chamber temperature, graphite properties lead to more realistic simulations.
