Abstract
- Load pulsation was applied to a plate forging of a stainless steel sheet.
- Cavity and rollover were decreased by reduction of friction using load pulsation.
- Seizure of the forged plate was reduced.
- Tungsten carbide dies can be replaced with tool steel dies using load pulsation.
