► Through-process modelling of strength in aged, extruded aluminium sections of AlMgSi. ► Five models are integrated to model casting, homogenisation, extrusion and ageing. ► A study of product strength sensitivity to process parameters from casting to ageing. ► Alloy chemistry has the most prominent effect on strength in AA6060 extrusions.
