Abstract
► Binary polypropylene/polypyrrole and ternary composites containing clay were studied. ► An electromagnetic shielding efficiency was compared for these two kinds of composites. ► Shielding efficiency of ternary composite was two times higher compared to binary one. ► Polypyrrole layer on the surface of clay considerably increased dielectric losses.
