Abstract
⺠Solution treated bulk Al 6063 alloys were subjected to cryorolling and room temperature rolling. ⺠The effects of rolling temperature and strain on the refinement of alloy are investigated. ⺠The heat treatment conditions are optimized by EBSD, and mechanical testing before rolling. ⺠The recrystallized grains with the high angle grain boundaries occur at the strain value of 3.8. ⺠The sub-grains are not recrystallized for the room temperature rolled samples.
