Abstract
⺠Bonded interface forming period and post-bonded period existed during hot rolling. ⺠Bonded interface would be damaged during the post-bonded period. ⺠The new bond criterion included strain threshold and bonding strength threshold. ⺠Strain threshold indicates whether a bonded interface could be formed. ⺠Bonding strength threshold indicates whether the bonded interface could be separated.
