Abstract
The linear system of discrete-continuous time equations with constant coefficients is considered under the assumption that it is unsolved with respect to the derivative of a continuous component part of the desired vector function. In terms of input data the necessary and sufficient solvability condition of the initial value problem is obtained. Algebraic criteria of total observability for such a system are also substantiated.
