Abstract
The scattering of Terahertz (terahertz) Gaussian beam with phase distribution by a perfect electromagnetic conductor (PEMC) cylinder is analyzed. The PEMC is characterized by a single parameter M, where M = 0 reduces to the perfect magnetic conductor (PMC) case and the limit Mâ â corresponds to the perfect electric conductor (PEC) case. The expression of the beam is expressed as product of plane wave scattering and a weighting function. In the numerical analysis the effects of scattering angle, admittance parameter, radius of cylinder and beam width of 3 THz Laser beam on scattered field by a perfect electromagnetic conductor (PEMC) cylinder have been obtained. The comparison of Mâ â and M = 0 of our results with published work has been carried out which are in good agreement. The comparison of incident of Gaussian beam and when the beam is incident plane wave is also given.
