Abstract
⺠A superhydrophobic surface-based analytical platform is fabricated for developing a new magnetic electrochemical immunoassay. ⺠This platform enables a high efficient mixing of a small-volume reactant suspension solution with a low-rate shaking. ⺠A single immunoreaction step only requires â¼10 μl of bioreagents and samples and can be finished in â¼20 min. ⺠This superhydrophobic platform can be reused for over 300 measurements.
