Abstract
⺠We devised a new concept to achieve improved probe-target recognition properties. ⺠We obtained 3D stand free gold nanofibrous modified DNA electrodes by using MHZ ultrafast laser. ⺠The developed nanofibrous DNA biosensor was characterized by cyclic voltammetry. ⺠Our developed gold nanofibrous DNA-modified electrode realizes sensitivity of about 1 fM.
