Abstract
⺠Electrochemical amperometric immunosensor quantitative determination of human IgA. ⺠Dithiol SAM-based platform. Low limits of detection with low levels of nonspecific adsorption, rapid assay time (30 min). ⺠Optimal performance in complex matrices such as foetal bovine serum or directly human blood serum. ⺠Correlation with classical ELISA methods.
