Abstract
► We presented a double-probe signal enhancing strategy for Ochratoxin A detection. ► Rolling circle amplification was introduced in this system. ► The method exhibited a low detection limit of 0.2 pg mL−1. ► This method could be used to detect Ochratoxin A in wine.
