Abstract
⺠Cell growth is continuously measured by the changes in resistance on an ECIS system. ⺠Growth parameters derived from the ECIS and from the conventional measurement agreed. ⺠ECIS allows a much easier way in cell growth modeling than does the conventional way. ⺠The application of the wavelet-based method into ECIS data analysis is unprecedented. ⺠The wavelet method can effectively quantify the fluctuation due to cell micromotion.
