Abstract
► Cell growth is continuously measured by the changes in resistance on an ECIS system. ► Growth parameters derived from the ECIS and from the conventional measurement agreed. ► ECIS allows a much easier way in cell growth modeling than does the conventional way. ► The application of the wavelet-based method into ECIS data analysis is unprecedented. ► The wavelet method can effectively quantify the fluctuation due to cell micromotion.
