Abstract
⺠The development of a novel nanosensor for ascorbic acid detection was reported. ⺠The sensor is based on 13 nm AuNPs decorated with fluorescein-labelled ssDNA. ⺠The detection limit of ascorbic acid nanosensor was 10 nm. ⺠Our assay allows rapid (2 min) and selective detection of AA in the real samples.
