Abstract
► Developed an efficient procedure of fabricating SWCNT-Au array electrode. ► The as-prepared array electrode could detect lower than 10 zmol complimentary 10-base DNA. ► The electrode was capable of detecting one-base mismatched DNA. ► The SWCNT-Au electrode showed good stability and could be regenerated conveniently after each measurement.
