Abstract
⺠A simple, rapid, enzyme-free amperometric sensor for creatinine was constructed on the flow injection analysis in phosphate buffer (pH 7) with potential of â0.1 V. ⺠Suitable linear range from 25 μg/dL to 1.5 mg/dL with a detection limit of 6.8 μg/dL (S/N = 3) was achieved. ⺠The feasibility of real urine sample was demonstrated on both flow injection analysis and HPLC and a good correlation with R = 0.980 was obtained.
