Abstract
► We report the binding kinetics of fish nervous necrosis viruses and two selected peptides on the nanomechanical theme. ► The surface analysis techniques confirm the existence of virions on the sensing surface. ► We model their interactions based on Langmuir isotherm to get affinity and binding rate. ► Molecular specificity significantly induces the generation of compressive stress. ► TH1-5-induced force was higher over twice than cSALF-induced force and displayed medium strength of binding affinity.
