Abstract
⺠We report the binding kinetics of fish nervous necrosis viruses and two selected peptides on the nanomechanical theme. ⺠The surface analysis techniques confirm the existence of virions on the sensing surface. ⺠We model their interactions based on Langmuir isotherm to get affinity and binding rate. ⺠Molecular specificity significantly induces the generation of compressive stress. ⺠TH1-5-induced force was higher over twice than cSALF-induced force and displayed medium strength of binding affinity.
