Abstract
⺠The DNA biosensor with modified electrode poly(PABA)/PEDOT/Pt can quantify the DNA with a good linearity. ⺠It was able to discriminate the target DNA with mismatched based. ⺠It has potential application for mutation analysis by coupling with PCR. ⺠PEDOT provides more homogeneous and smoother surface structure than PPy and PANI.
