Abstract
⺠An amperometric sulfite biosensor was constructed based on SOX/Fe3O4@GNPs/Au electrode. ⺠Biosensor measured sulfite content in red and white wines. ⺠Linear range and detection limit were 0.5-1000 μM and 0.15 μM respectively. ⺠Enzyme electrode was used 300 times over a period of 4 months, when stored at 4 °C.
