Abstract
⺠Sandwich CL-ELISA was introduced onto μPADs to perform high-sensitivity and high-selectivity POCT. ⺠Chitosan was used to modify μPADs to covalently immobilize antibodies on μPADs to realize high-performance POCT. ⺠Wax-screen-printing was demonstrated for further development of this technique in simple and low-cost application.
