Abstract
⺠Characterization of circulating antigen-specific T lymphocytes represents a class of important biomarkers of immune function. ⺠We employ an SPR-based cellular microarray to detect antigen-specific T cells with a current limit of detection of 0.1%. ⺠After cell capture on the sensor chip, T cell functional status can be determined by measuring cytokine secretion patterns. ⺠The presence and functional status of T cell populations can be readily determined in a high-content SPR assay.
