Abstract
⺠We report a label-free biosensor for the detection of DNA hybridization. ⺠The device measures the surface potential changed by DNA modified electrodes. ⺠The sensor offers stable, robust and reproducible measurement via CMOS circuits. ⺠We experiment the specific detection of oligonucleotide from H5N1 virus.
