Abstract
⺠We developed a novel multilayered polymeric RF DNA biochip which has advantages of the low-cost and better sensitivity. ⺠We used a new surface modification method to modify a biocompatible polymer platform. ⺠Polymer platform is provided with characters of the flexible and cheaper. ⺠We used multilayered RF biosensor to reduce the chip-size and enhance the sensitivity. ⺠Gold and magnetic nanoparticles were used to effectively enhance the sensitivity.
