Abstract
⺠We developed a novel signal amplified strategy by electrochemical catalysis for label-free detection of NSE. ⺠Gold nanoparticles functionalized graphene nanosheets (Au-Gra) as antibody immobilization. ⺠The signal was amplified according to electrocatalytic oxidation of l-dopamine (DA) by nickel hexacyanoferrates nanoparticles (NiHCFNPs) which avoiding enzyme inactivation. ⺠Analysis of real samples and method comparison.
