Abstract
⺠A regeneration-free immunosensor combined with microfluidic system was prepared. ⺠Using NT-proBNP as a model system, the proposed immunosensor exhibited rapid and sensitive amperometric response. ⺠The proposed method could be readily extended towards other proteins.
