Abstract
⺠We develop a simultaneous detection method for multiple mutations. ⺠We detect two common mutations in the epidermal growth factor receptor gene. ⺠Fluorescence quenching due to aggregation of quantum dots is used for detection. ⺠This enables a simultaneous detection of mutations in exon 19 and 21 of EGFR gene.
