Abstract
⺠We develop a single-walled carbon nanotube-based electrochemical DNA biosensor. ⺠This biosensor exhibits improved sensitivity and large linear dynamic range. ⺠It can even distinguish 1-base mismatched target DNA. ⺠The introduction of aptamer into this biosensor might be used to detect adenosine.
