Abstract
ETER does not restore the normal AT and therefore leads potential of annular dilatation. The anterior leaflet prolapse has a greater potential of annular dilatation than the posterior leaflet prolapse after ETER. Annuloplasty is recommended to maintain long-term ETER efficacy.
