Abstract
The author discuss his idea of the psychotherapeutic practice that stems directly from that of the psychoanalytic practice. On the basis of the patient uniqueness this practice offers a “tailored” background and style, when the classic cure, which the author considers as an ideal for treatment, becomes impossible to implement.
