Abstract
⺠Acamprosate (1998 mg daily) was evaluated for the treatment of cocaine dependence in a small nine week pilot trial (n = 60). ⺠Acamprosate was well tolerated. ⺠Acamprosate was not superior to placebo in promoting abstinence from cocaine.
