Abstract
⺠College students who identify as “Partiers” experience more binge drinking harms. ⺠“Partier” self-concept attenuates negative feelings about binge drinking harms. ⺠“Partier” self-concept is more than simply heavier, more frequent, binge drinking. ⺠Binge drinking prevention efforts should be tailored toward self-concept.
