Abstract
⺠Implicit evaluation bias for neutral worry words seen in GAD is susceptible to CBT. ⺠Lower pre-treatment bias predicts immediate improvement during CBT. ⺠Higher pre-treatment bias predicts improvement during treatment follow-up. ⺠Bias normalization appears to be a crucial factor in CBT action.
