Abstract
⺠We assessed subjective ratings in bulimic women during mirror exposure. ⺠We assessed distress, negative thoughts and emotions in each exposure session. ⺠Distress, negative thoughts and emotions decreased during mirror exposure. ⺠Positive emotions improved during mirror exposure. ⺠The results correspond with cognitive-affective habituation processes.
