Abstract
► Statistically but not clinically significant changes in hoarding were found. ► Three of twelve responded to treatment however, gains were lost at follow-up. ► No significant changes in anxiety, disability, and clutter were detected. ► Homework compliance was correlated with decreases in hoarding severity. ► Geriatric compulsive hoarding patients may require an enhanced treatment.
