Abstract
⺠Statistically but not clinically significant changes in hoarding were found. ⺠Three of twelve responded to treatment however, gains were lost at follow-up. ⺠No significant changes in anxiety, disability, and clutter were detected. ⺠Homework compliance was correlated with decreases in hoarding severity. ⺠Geriatric compulsive hoarding patients may require an enhanced treatment.
