Abstract
ⶠThis study provides one of the largest catchments on non-treatment-seeking adults with CTD to date. ⶠAlthough severe tics are frequently endorsed, tic-related impairment is comparatively less common. ⶠAmong individuals with CTD endorsing significant anxiety and/or depressive symptoms, the severity of tics relates strongly to impairment. ⶠBoth anxious and depressive symptoms moderate the relationship between tic severity and impairment.
