Abstract
â¶ Panic disorder (PD) and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) share similar symptoms and both are thought of disorders of fear learning. â¶ Directly comparing neural correlates of fear learning of both disorders. â¶ PD patients show abnormal (inverse) activity in key fear regions. â¶ PTSD patients lack habituation in key fear regions.
