Abstract
⺠The 5-factor structure of the MCQ-A was supported. ⺠Internal consistency was fair to good and in general retest reliability was good. ⺠The OCD sample reported more MC beliefs than a non-clinical sample, except for CC. ⺠UD, SPR and CSC were related to self-reported OCD symptoms, but not to OCD severity. ⺠MC beliefs were also related to anxiety and depression.
