Abstract
⺠Christian, Jewish, Atheist/Agnostics were exposed to an experimental thought-induction protocol. ⺠A test of the conditional/indirect effects were computed using PROCESS and bootstrapping analyses. ⺠Christianity moderated the effects of religiosity on thought-action fusion (TAF)-Moral. âºÂ TAF-Moral mediated the relationship between religiosity and OC symptoms, guilt, and responsibility. ⺠Religious teachings may fuel TAF beliefs that are implicated in the maintenance of OCD.
