Abstract
⺠Achievement goals resulted in greater task performance duration than hedonic goals in the presence of pain. ⺠Positive moods resulted in greater task performance duration than negative moods in the presence of pain. ⺠No supportive evidence was found for the mood-as-input model in a pain context.
