Abstract
► In a pilot study CBM improved attention and interpretation bias in anxious patients. ► CBM also resulted in significant improvements in state and trait anxiety. ► Patients found the tasks acceptable, though described the attention task as boring. ► Despite problems in methodology in the present study, CBM may be an effective intervention for anxiety.
