Abstract
⺠This study examined whether manipulating inhibitory control influences food intake. ⺠The effect of training inhibitory control depends on initial inhibition abilities. ⺠Inducing impulsivity increases food intake when initial inhibitory control is high. ⺠Increasing inhibition decreases food intake when initial inhibitory control is weak.
