Abstract
▶ We used a visual analogue scale (VAS) to measure peer conflict resolution knowledge. ▶ A VAS may capture nuances in knowledge and has low expressive language demands. ▶ We compared VAS use in children with and without language impairment (LI). ▶ Children without LI used the entire VAS; children with LI selected mainly the anchors. ▶ Disparity in VAS use may reflect differences in knowledge or a need for more training.
