Abstract
ⶠIn the present study we investigate personality in persons who stutter and a case control group. ⶠPersons who stutter can be described by elevated Neuroticism, Conscientiousness and Agreeableness scores compared to a carefully selected control group. ⶠFollowing our results it becomes apparent that especially Neuroticism represents an important personality dimension in the context of stutter research.
