Abstract
⺠We compare the social functioning and peer problems of OCD youth to controls (CON). ⺠Beyond ADHD symptoms, OCD youth have less social competence/more social problems. ⺠OCD youth have fewer friends and more difficulty making friends compared to CON. ⺠OCD youth do not differ from CON in having a best friend or maintaining friendships. ⺠Results are discussed to inform treatment design.
