Abstract
⺠Addressing covert neutralization in OCD together with overt compulsions did not improve outcome. ⺠Both overt only and overt and covert treatment conditions showed equally significant clinical improvement. ⺠The covert and overt condition shows greater reduction in beliefs about the likelihood of consequences and in need to neutralize.
